故司隸校尉楊君厥諱淮字伯邳,舉孝廉尚書侍郎,上蔡雒陽令。將軍史,任城、金城、河東、山陽太守。禦史中丞,三為尚書、尚書令、司隸校尉,將作大匠,河南尹。伯邳從弟諱弼字穎伯,舉孝廉,西鄂長。伯母憂,去官。複舉孝廉,尚書侍郎,遷左丞、異州刺史、大醫令、下邳相。元弟功德牟盛,當究三事,不幸早隕,國喪名臣,州里失覆,二清廉,約身自守,俱大司隸孟文之元孫也。黃門同郡卞玉字子珪,以熹平二年二月廿二日謁歸過此,追述勒銘,故財表紀。〔款識〕漢楊淮表記,癸丑新正,天寒酒後臨池書罷,不覺熱汗握把也,蓴波周澄并記。

The late Yang, former Commandant of Sili, whose courtesy name was Bopei, was recommended as Filial and Incorrupt and served as Minister of the Board of Civil Office, Magistrate of Shangcai and Luoyang. He was a general's clerk, and governor of Rencheng, Jincheng, Hedong, and Shanyang. As a censor, he held positions such as Secretary General, Minister of the Board of Civil Office, Commandant of Sili, and Director of Works. His cousin, Bi, with the courtesy name Yingbo, was also recommended as Filial and Incorrupt and served as Magistrate of Western E, but resigned due to mourning. He was reappointed and rose to Left Attendant, Governor of Yizhou, Chief Physician, and Administrator of Xiapi. His younger brother Gong was known for his merits but unfortunately passed away early, depriving the nation of a capable minister. Both were known for their integrity and simplicity, descendants of Meng Wen, a prominent Commandant of Sili. Ban Yu, an official from the same county, recorded this in the second year of Xiping, on the 22nd day of the second month.

Han Yang Huai’s inscription. Written on a cold day after drinking in the new year of Guichou, feeling unexpectedly hot with sweat in hand. Chunbo Chou Chen also records this.
